At the July 28 Andover City Council meeting, Quentin Coon was appointed to fill a vacant council position. His appointment was approved by the City Council by a vote of 5-0. Coon will bill the vacated seat left open after Council Member Byron Stout IV passed away in June. Quentin Coon began his role as a City Councilmember at the regular Council meeting Tuesday, August 11, 2015.
