Garfield second grade students in Renee Powers’ and Renissa Riley’s classes recently celebrated the publication of their class book with a “publishing party.” The books were produced through Student Treasures Publishing. Creating a book is an annual second grade project. Kindergarten students have also created a book which will be unveiled at their graduation ceremony.
