Caleb Angolo was hired in 2014 by the school district to improve participation in the USD 440 school meals program. Angolo’s efforts paid off and the district has now launched a pilot program at Bentley Primary School to boost participation in breakfast. The program includes a Second Chance Breakfast, which allows students to get a bagged breakfast after first hour.
