Halloween Howl will be on October 31. Come out for the costume parade, Window display and trunk or treat. “Trunks” will line the 400 block of Main Street ready for the trick or treaters. There will be prizes for the top three costumes sponsored by The Halstead Bank. Central National Bank’s Pumpkin Decorating Contest for the kiddos will begin on October 19, prizes awarded to the top three entries.
