Hillsboro: The Safe Routes to Schools project a combined effort between KDOT and the City of Hillsboro started on June 1, 2015. This construction project is focused on widening portions of the sidewalk to ensure safe walking paths to schools. Construction is expected to be complete before the next school year barring weather delays. If you have any questions, please contact City Hall at 947-3162.
