Michael Bottom was one of the three Kansas Athletes chosen to compete in last week’s Special Olympics in Los Angeles. The Hutchinson resident won a silver medal in singles and silver in doubles in tennis at the games, which offers people with intellectual disabilities around the world the opportunity to play sports and compete with each other.
