“Making great beer for great people”: a promise, a legacy, and the mission statement of McPherson’s highly-anticipated Three Rings Brewery. On June 10 and 11, Three Rings Brewery will be hosting their grand opening for local and surrounding communities! The event will feature drinks, food, and fun including outdoor games and dollar hotdogs (Saturday only from 11am to 1pm). Beer will be available on tap and only sold in growlers, so bring ‘em by! The best part? Free samples!
The brewery, originated in memoriam of the owners’ 12th great grandfather Master Brewer at Einbecker Brewery, Berend Brauer, of Germany. “Legend states that Martin Luther had a cask of his favorite Einbecker beer at his wedding and that he [owned] a grand stein that had three rings [symbolizing] the 10 Commandments, the Apostles’ Creed and the Lord’s Prayer,” (from Our Story on the brewery’s company website). “[The] vision of Martin Luther enjoying our great grandfather’s beer from his three-ringed stein is the basis to our namesake.”
The brewery’s grand opening times are 6-9pm on Friday, June 10th and 11am-5pm on Saturday, June 11th on the company’s property located at 536 South 81 Bypass, McPherson, KS, 67460.
