Medicine Lodge High School has gained a mural and a climbing wall with one project. Anna Mladnick and Mat St. Martin have been working on the mural and a bouldering climbing wall which users move horizontally. The school had the chance to pick the design of the mural which honors its Native American heritage and the Medicine Lodge Peace Treaty. The mural has five feathers that represent each of the five Plains Indian tribes – Kiowa, Comanche, Kiowa-Apache, Arapaho and Cheyenne, who signed the 1867 treaty with the U.S. government.
