Beth Shelton has been promoted to Executive Director of Harvey County Economic Development. Beth has been with HCED for the last year which has seen many changes to the department. Beth’s coworker Jennifer Mueller, has been promoted to the new position of Retention and Expansion Specialist. Jennifer will be responsible for gathering information from local businesses to create a database that will access the needs of the community.
