Pre-Holiday Depletion run sponsored by Kansas Ultrarunners’ Society will take place on Dec 10th

Kansas Ultrarunners’ Society is sponsoring a PhD run. A PhD (Pre-Holiday Depletion) run is a low-key, low frills event usually around the holidays. The run will be held Saturday, December 10 at the Athletic Park at 8 A.M. Meet at 7:50 for final instructions. The course is an eight-mile loop comprised of sidewalk and wood chopped trail along Sand Creek, multiple variations can be made for shorter loops. The entry fee is food to share with the other entrants.  A KUS liability waiver will need to be signed a the start of the event. Email [email protected] prior to the event with any questions.
