Kansas Wesleyan University observed 130th birthday by burying a time capsule. Kansas Wesleyan opened its doors to two undergraduate, 61 preparatory students and 11 faculty members on September 15, 1886. The time capsule, a plastic box, contains items that students, faculty marketing and communication depart mend staff chose to go inside. Those items include KWU ID card, campus map, a shirt honoring the 2015 season, photos and a piece of the Glenn Martin stadium that was demolished two years ago.
