Sterling College’s Hannah Kelley, Wellsville, Kan., was awarded the 2015-2016 Kansas Independent College Fund Recognition Scholarship. Kelley is a pursuing degrees in biology and writing and editing. She has a 4.0 GPA and is expected to graduate in 2016.
