As part of the Hesston College campus improvements, the City of Hesston is replacing a section of South Main Street beginning the week of July 20. During the construction period Main Street will be closed from Randall to Academy. The contractor will remove the south bound lane and the curb and gutter from Academy 350 feet to the north. The residents and construction personnel will have access from the north only. To help with traffic flow and reduce congestion it is necessary to prohibit parking on the eastbound side of Academy. Hesston College employees are encouraged to park on campus. The project is expected to take 2-3 weeks to complete.
