Do you think you have a future florist on your hands? Or maybe you are just looking for a fun weekend activity to do with the kids! Harvey County 4-H is excited to partner with Designs by John to offer a Project Day Workshop on floral design!
Next Saturday, February 18th, any child age 7-18 can participate in this one-day workshop. The workshop will be held at Designs by John floral shop at 115 W. 5th St, Newton, KS and will run from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Costs are $10 per participant, and adults asked to accompany youth under 15. Participants of this Project Day Workshop will learn a few basics of floral design and construct a corsage that they will be able to take home. It may be a few days late for Valentine’s Day, but flowers can be enjoyed any day! Sign up to learn more about floral design today!
