The Lake News Online reported three Colorado men have been arrested in a caviar sting. The undercover operation was conducted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service  and the Missouri Department of Conservation and focused on the trafficking of  paddlefish and paddlefish eggs in the Warsaw area.  Allegedly the three men purchased paddlefish containing roe in Missouri and processed the fish instate to then transport caviar to Colorado.
