2 (1 ¼ ounce) slices Smokehouse Cranberry Cheese Bread
1 ounce thinly sliced reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (optional)
1 slice thick-cut bacon, cooked
1 tablespoon prepared Pesto
2 ounces thinly sliced, reduced-sodium turkey breast
- Preheat Panini pan, griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- Place cheese on one bread slice. Top with bacon, pesto and turkey and remaining bread slice.
- Lightly spray Panini pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place sandwich in Panini pan.
- Cook sandwich 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Cut each sandwich in half.
