Antioxidant Postworkout Smoothie

1 cup strawberries, cleaned and sliced (may use frozen)
1 cup blueberries (may use frozen)
2 cups fresh spinach
3 egg whites
1 cup almond milk
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups ice
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Serve.

Yield: 1 32-oz. smoothie
