Oliver Signs Pro Contract With Grand Prairie Airhogs

STERLING, KAN. – Former Warrior Baseball standout Blake Oliver (SR/Mesquite, TX) has signed a professional contract with the Grand Prairie Airhogs of the American Association of Professional Baseball.

Based out of Grand Prairie, Texas, the Grand Prairie Airhogs are one of 13-teams in the Midwest that make up American Association of Professional Baseball league. Other teams in the American Association include the Wichita Winguts, Kansas City T-Bones, St. Paul Saints, and the Winnipeg Goldeyes. Opening night for the Airhogs is scheduled for May 21st when they host Winnipeg for four games at Airhogs Ballpark.

Oliver finished his career at Sterling posting a 23-6 record with a career ERA of 1.79 and twice being named All-KCAC First Team during the 2014 and 2015 seasons.
