Morgan Potter, a Hutchinson Community College transfer student and a 2013 Chapman Hill High School graduate, accepted a $1,000 Transfer Student Award to Fort Hays State University. Potter, daughter of Devon and Julie Potter, Abilene, plans to major in radiologic technology.
