Andover Fire and Rescue received a grant from Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation for portable radios and a thermal imaging camera worth $19,156. Firehouse Subs created the non-profit Foundation to help first-responders and public safety organizations. Since 2005 they have awarded more than $18 million in grants, including over $170,000 to Kansas organizations.
