Artist, ages 17 and older, from Reno County are invited to submit works to the Public Art Design Council who will then review the submissions for possible placement in the Council Chamber Art Gallery exhibit at City Hall, 125 East Avenue B. The Art Design Council are encouraging emerging and career artist to submit entries in the categories of: photography, drawing or painting, graphic design and mixed media. Each exhibit must have at least three pieces and no more than a maximum of 9 pieces. The City may combine exhibits to fill the space. More information can be found on www.hutchgov.com.
