Windom Elementary students had the chance to show off their costumes on Monday, October 31 during the annual Fall Festival Parade. Students in kindergarten through fifth grade paraded through the junior/senior high school, Sandstone Heights nursing home, and downtown Little River. Students returned to Windom, where they paraded downtown Main Street.
