The 35th annual Hospice and Homecare of Reno County “Remember Me Tree” campaign runs from November 26-31 at two area locations in an effort to raise additional funds to support the organization’s efforts to assist families dealing with end-of-life care.

Last year’s event was moved online with favorable results. This year, donations will be accepted both in person and online.

Area residents may drop off their donations at the Hutchinson office of Hospice & Homecare of Reno County 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday at 2020 N. Waldron Street, Ste. 100 in Hutchinson or at Lyons Federal Bank at 200 E. Ave S in Lyons.

Individuals donating $40 or more will receive a porcelain tree ornament and those contributing $75 or more will be given a Willow Tree Angel figurine.

Darla Wilson, Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Hospice & HomeCare of Reno County, said “The Remember Me Tree” program is an exemplary way to give a special gift in memory of a loved one, or in honor of someone who has made a special impact on your life.

The 2020 Remember Me Tree program raised nearly $30,000 to support Hospice programs.

Hospice & Homecare of Reno County serves residents who reside within a 50-mile radius of Hutchinson.
