NRA Predicts Locally Sourced Meats will be Top Restaurant Trend in 2016

The National Restaurant Association has released a list of the 20 predicted restaurant trends of 2016. Two of the top three on the list are locally sourced meats and seafoods and locally grown produce, two trends that have a big impact on those who buy and sell locally.
