CENTRAL

 

Arcadia: July 22. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water 85 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on Carolina rigs and square bills along submerged humps and road beds. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 11-14 ft. around marked brush piles and rocky points near the overlook. Channel and blue catfish fair on crawdads, shad and punch bait around rocky points. White bass fair on slabs and live shad at 12-15 ft. along submerged humps. Report submitted by Mark Murray, game warden stationed in Oklahoma and Canadian counties.
Draper: July 19. Elevation above normal, water 81 and murky. Largemouth bass good on Alabama rigs, plastic baits and tube jigs along rocks, weed beds and points. Channel and blue catfish good on crawfish, punch bait, worms and shrimp along riprap, rocks and standing timber. Crappie slow on minnows, jigs and small lures around standing timber and rocks. Hefner: July 20. Elevation normal, water 82-86 and clear. Channel and blue catfish good on dough bait and punch bait along docks and riprap. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on lipless baits, sassy shad and grubs at 6-10 ft. along shorelines. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits, buzz baits and plastic baits along shorelines and riprap. Report submitted by Lucky Lure Tackle.
Overholser: July 20. Elevation above normal, water murky to muddy. Blue and channel catfish slow on cut bait, chicken liver and stinkbait in the main lake, along shorelines and points. Striped bass hybrids and white bass slow on live shad, cut bait, jigs and crawfish in the main lake, around points and shorelines. All other fishing slow. Thunderbird: July 19. Elevation above normal, water 81 and murky. Saugeye and white bass fair on crankbaits and plastic baits along rocks and points. Largemouth bass good on Alabama rigs, plastic baits and tube jigs along rocks, weed beds and points. Channel and blue catfish good on crawfish, punch bait, worms and shrimp along rocks, riprap and points. Crappie slow on minnows, jigs and small lures around points, standing timber and rocks. Wes Watkins: July 18. Elevation normal, water clear. South side access is closed until further notice. White bass fair on sassy shad on the surface in the main lake. NORTHEAST

 

Bell Cow:  July 19. Elevation normal, water 88 and murky. Channel catfish fair on cut bait, worms and punch bait around docks, shorelines and the north side boat ramp. Crappie slow on minnows around brush structure and docks. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.
Birch: July 21. Elevation 8 ft. above normal and dropping, water upper 80s. Both Corps of Engineers boat ramps are back open at this time. Striped bass hybrids slow on jigs at 10-15 ft. around points and coves. Channel catfish slow on cut bait and worms at 6-8 ft. along shorelines. Carl Blackwell: July 20. Elevation normal, water 91 and murky. White bass fair on jigs along the main road bridge. Crappie slow on minnows at the crappie dock. Report submitted by Emily Long, game warden stationed in Payne County.

 

Chandler: July 19. Elevation normal, water 88 and murky. Channel catfish fair on cut bait, worms and punch bait around docks and shorelines. Largemouth bass slow on Alabama rigs and spinnerbaits along shorelines. Crappie slow on minnows around docks. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

 

Copan: July 20. Elevation dropping, water 70s and clearing. Channel, blue and flathead catfish fair on shad and worms at 7-9 ft. below the dam and tailwaters. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

 

Ft. Gibson: July 21. Elevation above normal, water 90 and stained. White bass fair on in-line spinnerbaits and sassy shad at 4-10 ft. in the main lake and points. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait and live shad at 10-20 ft. below the dam, along the river channel and the main lake. Largemouth bass fair on buzz baits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures at 4-15 ft. around brush structure, docks and riprap. Crappie fair on minnows, tube jigs and hotdogs at 10-20 ft. around brush structure, docks and shorelines. Report submitted by Rick Stafford of Wagoner.

 

Greenleaf: July 20. Elevation above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits along brush structure and weed beds. Channel catfish good on cut bait and stinkbait along flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs along docks. Bluegill good on worms and grubs along shallows. Hudson: July 20. Elevation 5 ft. above normal and dropping, water 79. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, shad and worms at 5-14 ft. along channels, riprap and below the dam. Largemouth bass good on buzz baits, plastic baits, jerk baits and topwater lures at 3-10 ft. around brush structure, standing timber and points. Hulah: July 20. Elevation 7-9 above normal and rising. Channel, blue and flathead catfish fair on worms and shad at 7-9 ft. below the dam and tailwaters. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.
Kaw: July 21. Elevation 9 ft. above normal, water 85 and clear. All boat ramps are open. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Larry Green, game warden stationed in Osage County.
Keystone: July 20. Elevation above normal, water 75. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits along shorelines. Blue catfish fair on cut bait along channels. Striped bass fair on live shad along channels. Report submitted by Karlin Bailey, game warden stationed in Creek County.

 

Lower Illinois: July 19. Elevation above normal, water 71 and dingy. Above average water on Tenkiller is leading to high releases out of the dam and increased flow making fishing very difficult. Trout slow on PowerBait along eddies. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

 

Oologah: July 19. Elevation 7 ft. above normal and dropping, water 82 and murky. Blue and channel catfish fair on juglines baited with cut bait and shad at 15-20 ft. along flats. White bass fair trolling crankbaits at 5-10 ft. along flats; watch for schooling fish. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits at 5-10 ft. along rocks. Skiatook: July 21. Elevation above normal, water upper 80s and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10-20 ft. around brush structure. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County
Sooner: July 20. Elevation normal, water clear. Striped bass hybrids, striped bass and white bass slow on live bait in the main lake. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Doug Gottschalk, game warden stationed in Noble County.

 

Webbers Falls: July 20. Elevation above normal, water murky. Blue and flathead catfish good on shad, sunfish and cut bait below the dam, along the river channel and riprap. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and plastic baits along brush structure and weed beds. Report submitted by Gary Wilcox, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.
NORTHWEST

 

Ft. Supply: July 21. Elevation below normal, water murky due to wind. Channel catfish fair on juglines and trotlines baited with minnows and chicken liver in the main lake. Report submitted by Mark Reichenberger, game warden stationed in Woodward County.

 

SOUTHEAST

 

Arbuckle: July 18. Elevation 8 1/2 ft. above normal, water 75 and stained. Lake is still closed due to high water. All ramps are closed until further notice. Report submitted by Jack Melton.

Blue River: July 21. Elevation normal, water 78 and clear. Channel catfish fair on stinkbait, chicken liver and worms at 2-6 ft. around brush structure, rocks and channels. Flathead catfish fair on sunfish and worms at 2-6 ft. along rocks, sandbars and channels at night. Smallmouth, largemouth and spotted bass good on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures at 1-6 ft. along rocks, brush structure and points. Sunfish and bluegill excellent on grasshoppers, crickets, small lures and PowerBait at 1-3 ft. along shallows, shorelines and sandbars. Eufaula: July 19. Elevation 5 1/2 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair flipping plastic baits around docks and around points. White bass and crappie fair under and around bridges. Hugo: July 19. Elevation above normal, water 75 and muddy. Blue catfish good on cut bait, worms and shad at 5-15 ft.  in the tailwaters. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw and Bryan counties.

 

Konawa: July 19. Elevation normal, water 87 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, sassy shad, and soft plastic baits at 6-12 ft. along coves, creek channels, weed beds and riprap. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, worms, shad and punch bait at 6-10 ft. in the discharge, points and riprap. White bass fair on crankbaits, slabs, sassy shad and jigs at 8-14 ft. along channels, the main lake and creek channels. Report submitted by Tyler Howser, game warden stationed in Seminole County.
Lower Mountain Fork: July 20. Elevation normal, water clear. Trout good on PowerBait below the dam and spillway. Flathead catfish good on crankbaits below the dam. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

 

Lower Mountain Fork: July 15. Stocked 2,100 lbs., approximately 1,088 rainbow trout. Report submitted by April Drake, secretary at the Southeast Regional Office.

 

Murray: July 20. Elevation normal, water 77 and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on plastic baits, topwater lures and crankbaits from the surface to 20 ft. along rocks, weed beds and points. White bass fair on minnows, jigs, sassy shad and crankbaits at 5-25 ft. in the main lake, along creek channels and points. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, worms, minnows and punch bait at 5-15 ft. around standing timber, rocks and creek channels. Sunfish good on jigs, small lures, worms and grubs at 3-8 ft. along shallows, sandbars and weed beds. Report submitted by Jeremy Brothers, game warden stationed in Carter County.

 

Robert S. Kerr: July 19. Elevation 2 1/2 ft. above normal. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits, topwater lures and crankbaits at 2-6 ft. along weed beds, creek channels and standing timber. Blue, flathead and channel catfish excellent on punch bait, shad, worms and noodling at 2-6 ft. along river channels, sandbars and flats. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 6-10 ft. along creek channels, standing timber, coves and under bridges on Big Sans Bois Creek. Paddlefish excellent over deep holes up the Canadian River from Tamaha. Report submitted by J. D. Stauffer, game warden stationed in Haskell County.
Texoma: July 19. Elevation 21 ft. above normal, water 82 and murky to muddy.  Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on spinnerbaits, plastic baits and topwater lures at 5-20 ft. along shallows, spillway and brush structure. Striped bass good on live shad, sassy shad and cut bait at 10-20 ft. below the dam and river channel. Channel and flathead catfish good on live shad, worms and stinkbait at 10-20 ft. below the dam, along riprap, creek channels and the upper Red and Washita rivers. Crappie and sunfish fair on minnows, tube jigs and small lures at 5-10 ft. around docks and creek channels. Report submitted by Danny Clubb, game warden stationed in Bryan County.

 

Wister: July 20. Elevation dropping, water 83 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on buzz baits and topwater lures at 2-8 ft. around brush structure and points. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10-14 ft. around brush structure and standing timber. Flathead catfish fair on live bait at 8-14 ft. along channels and the main lake. Ft. Cobb: July 20. Elevation above normal, water 85. Channel, blue and flathead catfish slow on cut bait in the main lake. Tom Steed: July 20. Elevation normal, water 75. Blue and channel catfish good on juglines baited with cut bait, shad and stinkbait at 10-15 ft. along flats, the main lake and creek channels. White and striped bass hybrids fair on minnows and shad at 5-10 ft. around points. Report submitted by David Smith, game warden stationed in Kiowa County.

 

Waurika: July 19. Elevation normal, water 78. Blue and channel catfish fair on punch bait, stinkbait and worms in the main lake, along shorelines and riprap.
