Gluten Free Treats

Have you eaten or made a flourless cookie? Most people haven’t and don’t think to even try that, but if you are gluten intolerant, then you would be thinking about this all the time! If you do have this intolerance, then you are in luck! We had a Champion Gluten Free option submitted at the County Fair this year and I have included the recipe in this article.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup baking blend sugar
½ tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup chocolate chips

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together.

Using a tablespoon scoop, drop dough onto a baking sheet, then push down on the top of each cookie.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
