Marinate & Grilling Sauce

Ingredients
2 tangerines, juice and zest
1 lemon, juice and zest
2 Tbsp tequila
3 Tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp thyme, leaves, fresh,chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp green onions, minced
2 Tbsp yellow peppers, diced banana

In a med mixing bowl. mince fine the zest from lemmon and tangerines. Combine the zest,olive oil,juicefrom one tangerine one lemon,tequila,herbs and blake pepper,and yellow pepper. Mix well.

Marinate what ever meat you want to use for 2 hours, at least, longer if possible.
Pour off marinade into a small sauce pan. Heat till thickend. Use to bast meat during grilling.
