- 12 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
- 2 red bell peppers, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Hiland Dairy Light Sour Cream
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
2.) Stir in sour cream and broth; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in cheese.
3.) Cook pasta al dente, drain and toss with sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
