Vegetarian Turkey, Swiss and Asparagus Roll-Up

Ingredients

  • 6 slices meatless veggie turkey
  • 3 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 medium (5 1/4- 7 inches) spears asparagus

Preparation

  1. Lay down 2 slices of turkey then one slice of cheese.
  2. Place an asparagus spear at one end and roll up. Pin with toothpick if desired.
  3. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
