The zoning request for a 40-acre parcel of land near the intersection of Kellogg and 135th Street West brought out dozens of residents in protest. Auburn Hills residents are opposed to development of an event venue for weddings, reunions and corporate retreats at the site. Commissioners voted to send the issue back to the planning commission to address the concerns.
