Logan Riggs of South Hutchinson, KS, has received the Residence Life Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2016-2017 academic year.
Riggs is the daughter of Robert Riggs of Lyons, Kansas, and Lori Thielen of Hutchinson, Kansas, and will be a 2016 graduate of Hutchinson High School.
