College and high school building trade students from the Hutchinson Career and Technical Education Academy built a new house at 2809 Morris Road in northwest Hutchinson. The Hutchinson USD 308 Board of Education will vote on a proposed selling price of $285,000 for the property. A contracting realtor will not be used to sell the house.
