Hutchinson: Bartholomew was honored with a 4-H Distinguished Service Award

Ray Bartholomew was honored with a 4-H Distinguished Service Award for his work with the Kansas 4-H Shooting Sports Program at the annual Emerald Circle Banquet held recently in Manhattan.
