Phil and Denise Neubauer, of Burton, to open an event center. Cloud Nine Venue will be at 205 S. Avenue A., the former Avenue A Auto Body and Parts building. Renovation to the building will be done in several steps with the first being a dance floor. The building will accommodate up to 150 guest at a time.
