Richard Kerr, senior, was one member of three students from Fort Hays State University that has been awarded the victory in the 2016 national Broadcast Education Association’s War on the Floor competition. The other team members were Tyler Parks, Elkhart, and Ken Moreno, Charlotte, N.C.
