The Mayor’s Choice award during the Chapman Car Show that was held over the Labor Day weekend, was awarded to Richard Arena, Manhattan. Richard received a 2×2” patriotic barn quilt which represented the Barn Quilts of Chapman, and a collector’s book that was donated by the Walter P. Chrysler Museum in Ellis, Ks. Richard was also a “top 20” award winner in the car show.
