The University of Kansas Alumni Association and the KU Endowment honored seven Nickerson High School students for their academic achievements and named as Kansas Honor Scholars. Students earning this status are: Holden Davis, Austin Engelland, Daria Griffis, Adam Moore, Jared Petz, Ethan Shanks and Alyssa Weve.
