Andover Central High School graduate receives scholar award from Fort Hays State University

Miranda Ballowe, a 2016 Andover Central High School graduate, accepted a $1,500 Hays City Scholar Award by Fort Hays State University. Ballowe, daughter of Scott and Jamie Ballowe, Andover, is majoring in biology.
