Maggie Chitty, a 2016 Southeast of Saline High School graduate, accepted a $500 Academic Opportunity Award in the Department of Education from Fort Hays State University. Chitty, daughter of Ron and Trina Chitty, Gypsum, is majoring in elementary education.
