Tyler Kepple signs with Hutch CC

Halstead High Senior Tyler Kepple has signed his letter of intent with Hutch Community College. Kepple, who was team manager of Halstead’s 3A state semifinal football team in 2014, will continue that role for the Blue Dragons.
