The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism has confirmed that funds for their program providing free hunting and fishing licenses to disabled Kansas veterans have been depleted. As of this article approximately 250 applicants are on a waiting list. Donations for this program are accepted and may be made when purchasing a liscense or by contacting the KDWT at 620-672-5911.
