City of Hesston received $18,690.57 dividend

Larry Fuqua presented the Hesston City Council with a dividend check for $18,690.57 from the Kansas Municipal Utilities Safety Group Insurance Program. This program is managed by EMC Insurance and includes over 450 cities. A proportioned share of the total group dividend is paid out to all participants.
