Valley Center 54th Annual Fall Festival September is 25 and 26. The Festival offers carnival rides, craft vendors, food and music. Ride wristbands are $23. Wristbands are good for specific time periods (9/25 – 6-11 p.m.; 9/26 – 11 a.m.-5 p.m. or 5-11 p.m.). Individual ride tickets will also be available.
