Andale local student receives transfer scholarship

Abbie Maxwell, 2015 Andale High School graduate and a Kansas State University transfer student, accepted a $1,500 Transfer Student Scholarship from Fort Hays State. She is the daughter of Doug and Anne Maxwell and plans to major in nursing.
