Dr. Lindsey Landers of Andover Family Medicine asked the Andover City Council for an Industrial Revenue Bond to help finance a new medical clinic building. The 10,000 square foot clinic addition would cost $2.3 million and be built in the Cornerstone commercial development adjacent to the Kansas Medical Center.
