The Prairie Travelers will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newest section of the Prairie Sunset Trail on May 14 at the Goddard Trailhead, 200 E Santa Fe, at 1:00PM. This marks completion of the first 4 miles of the Prairie Sunset Trail Extension, creating a 12-mile trail from Garden Plain to Maize Road. Three 3 additional miles to Hoover Road are scheduled to be completed soon.
