After years of looking, USD428 has designed a program specifically to help students who struggle at school socially and/or emotionally. The Therapeutic Learning Classroom (TLC) helps students master social skills, alter behavior and learn to achieve academically. The TLC Special Education teachers strive to build quality relationships with students.
