Police arrested a man following a foot-chase through a residential area last week. Police said in release that Zach Gaddis, was booked into the Barton County Jail on suspicion of theft as well as outstanding warrants. Gaddis, who was arrested on July 29 for allegedly possessing stolen property and methamphetamine, and was out on bond at the time of the Aug. 4 arrest.
