The City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, November 23, at 7:00 PM at the Haven Community Building to undergo training regarding utility finance and rate setting. This will be provided free of charge by Wichita State University Hugo Wall School of Public Affairs. As with all governing body meetings, this is an open meeting, and the public is invited to attend. The training is expected to last one hour.
