Entries are now being accepted for the Soup and Chili Festival that will be held on Saturday, October 29. The festival starts at 11:30 A.M. until 2 P.M. or until the food its gone. The festival is sponsored by Downtown Hutchinson, Downtown Hutchinson Kiwanis Club and First National Bank of Hutchinson.
